Organic whey protein concentrate from organic milk.

Mix one serving (25g) with 75-100ml water or milk in a blender for a few seconds, or shake vigorously in a hand shaker for 30 seconds. Use as needed or 1-2 times daily.

25g = approximately 3 ½ level tablespoons, 60ml, ¼ cup, or for an accurate measure weigh on some scales.
