Sea Salt.

Note: Real Salt is an unrefined, natural sea salt that contains 60+ naturally occurring trace minerals. Some of these, like silica, do not fully dissolve in water and may appear as harmless sediment — a normal sign of its natural origin. Unlike highly processed table salts, Real Salt is free from additives and anti-caking agents, which means it may clump slightly when exposed to moisture. This is perfectly natural and does not affect quality or safety. Simply give it a stir or add a few grains of uncooked rice to your shaker to help keep it flowing freely.

Open the container of real sea salt. Measure the desired amount using a spoon or your fingers. Sprinkle the sea salt over your food or dish. Stir or mix the salt evenly into the recipe. Taste to check if additional salt is needed and add more if desired. Store the remaining sea salt in a dry, airtight container.
