Ancient + Brave Cacao + Reishi is your ticket to a serene rest ritual, with balancing ashwagandha, warming hops, and reishi mushroom, this vegan 'healthy hot chocolate' combines nutrient-rich baobab, beetroot, and chicory for a delicious, indulgent drink that aids relaxation. With raw cacao and cocoa, they create a deep, rich, intense, chocolaty, slightly bitter, slightly sweet flavour perfect for before the morning, before bed, or enjoyed any time of day.
Soothing adaptogens such as Reishi and Ashwagandha mushrooms restore emotional balance, calm and consciousness and help build resilience to stress, making them ideal for relaxing. Reishi is also known as “The Mushroom of Immortality”, and has been found to aid cardiovascular health, support hormonal balance, and natural immune function. The translation for Ashwagandha in Sanskrit means ‘smell of the horse’ symbolising the ancient belief of supporting energy, endurance and strength.
Additional healthy ingredients include beetroot and cinnamon for tons of vitamins and supplements that aid in balancing blood pressure. Carob is a flowering shrub with pods that look like brown pea pods but taste similar to chocolate, it includes twice as much calcium as cocoa along with fibre, potassium, manganese, magnesium, gallic acid and pectin. The malty flower of hops helps improve sleep, relaxation, metabolic health and hormone balance. Chicory Root Inulin provides a source of soluble fibre for your gut microbiome. The baobab tree produces a hard fruit with a shell like coconut which is full of nutritious pulp, Baobab is an exceptional fruit that contains three times the amount of vitamin C as an orange. Pink Himalayan Salt has been preserved in an untouched, pristine environment and is considered the purest salt on the earth, and contains a full set of electrolyte minerals (calcium, sodium, magnesium, potassium) and an impressive collection of 84 trace minerals and elements.

Next working day
For when you need our products urgently, we offer next working day shipping for £5.99. For orders placed before 12.00, we will ship it the same day to ensure you receive your order the next working day.
International
International deliveries can take 7 working days, and up to 4 weeks. The cost is £22.99 for orders below £50, £49.95 for orders above.
Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we provide free 365-day UK returns for all our customers. To initiate your return, simply contact us at team@healf.com, and we'll send you a return slip and help arrange a collection. The item you return must be sent in the same condition as received and inside the original packaging. Once received, we will notify you via email.
For international returns, we unfortunately do not cover the cost. However, we work with an array of carriers and can offer self-posting returns for customers shopping from outside the UK.
