If you still have a menstrual cycle, we recommend taking the test on day 2–3 of your period. At this point, your hormones are at their most balanced, giving the clearest baseline picture. Even if your cycle is irregular (e.g. PCOS), day 2–3 is still the best time to test. If you no longer have a cycle (e.g. post-menopause), you can take the test at any time.
Healf Zone is currently available in the UK only and is not suitable for individuals who are pregnant or under the age of 18.
Your Healf Zone membership is an annual plan that includes two at-home blood tests — one every 6 months. Your first kit is shipped as soon as you join, and your second kit is delivered automatically 6 months later, so there’s no need to reorder. Your membership renews yearly, and you can inform us at anytime to stop renewal at the end of your annual cycle.
Your at-home test kit is shipped shortly after you join. Once you’ve collected your sample and posted it back, your results and personalised dashboard are typically ready within 72 hours of your sample reaching the lab.
Our experts believe that every six months is the optimal frequency for blood testing. This timeframe allows you to track meaningful changes in your biomarkers and see the impact of any adjustments you make to your wellbeing journey. Testing too frequently may not provide enough time for significant shifts to occur, while waiting longer than six months could mean missing key wellbeing insights and acting accordingly.
