Asked Questions
Even if another discount code was used, your commission is generated through your unique referral link. So, whether or not your discount code has been used, as long as the order is made via your link you will receive commission.
First, make sure that you have clicked ‘continue’ on the pop-up notification announcing your 10% off when you use your Ambassador link. This will automatically apply your discount when you go to checkout.
If your still link does not reflect your Ambassador discount, please clear your browser and try to use the link again. If the issue persists, please email partnerships@healf.com as soon as possible.
If you are eligible for our Platinum Status, cash commission payouts will be sent on a weekly basis. Please note, we use Tremendous to pay our Ambassadors, making it easy for you to choose how you’d like to be paid. You will be notified via email when your commission is ready. Please follow these steps for support on how to cash out your commission.
If you have Silver or Gold Status, you will receive your commission in store credit each week. This will be given to you in the form of a gift card which can be applied to your total order at checkout.
