How to get flowing:
1. Massage & shake the pouch well before use.
2. Bring 800 ml of water to a boil.
3. Place 2 Tsp of Happy Bum Beans Coffee Enema Grind Mixture into a coffee plunger.
4. Fill coffee plunger with the boiling water and let stand for 10 minutes.
5. Plunge the coffee solution to strain out the grinds and pour into a separate glass container for cooling.
6. Allow coffee solution to cool for at least 1 hour or until room temperature.
7. Coffee enema solution is now ready to be placed into your Happy Bum Bag.
8. Insert the tip and slowly allow your coffee in.
9. Hold for 12-15 mins and release on the toilet.
