Gather your tools. You will need your matcha, hot water, ceramic matcha bowl, bamboo matcha whisk, ceramic whisk holder, and bamboo serving spoon.
Using the bamboo serving spoon, scoop about 1 spoonful of Cloudcha matcha into the ceramic matcha bowl. Adjust the amount based on your taste preference and desired strength.
Pour a small amount of hot water (ideally 80°C, not boiling) over the matcha powder. Using the bamboo whisk, whisk vigorously in a zig-zag motion until the mixture is frothy and free of lumps.
Top up with more hot water for a traditional matcha, or add your favourite milk. Feel free to adjust the amounts based on your preference.
Rest the whisk in the ceramic whisk holder when not in use.
Cleaning Instructions: Bowl and whisk stand are dishwasher safe. Wash serving spoon and whisk gently with warm water and soap. Do not submerge or leave to soak.
