Each fillet of Smoked Salmon with Sichuan Chili Crisp is sourced directly from Kvarøy Arctic, a third-generation family farm in the icy Arctic Circle. Raised responsibly without antibiotics or chemicals and fed a zero-waste, nutrient-rich diet, the salmon meets the highest standards of sustainability. The farm holds BAP, ASC, and Global G.A.P. certifications and was the first finfish farm to carry the Fair Trade USA seal. Hand-packed at a family-owned cannery on the coast of Washington State, this thoughtful process delivers salmon of exceptional freshness and flavour.
