Drizzle Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made from hand-picked Picual olives, harvested early in the season for a naturally robust, peppery profile. This single-varietal oil is cold-pressed and never blended, so every drop delivers pure, fresh flavour.

Drizzle Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made from young, green Picual olives picked early in the season, when their flavour is bold and intense. These olives are firm and low-yielding—it takes 24 pounds to produce just one litre of oil—resulting in a concentrated, punchy taste. Each bottle contains the juice of around 5,000 olives, cold-pressed for freshness and quality. The spiciness and richness come naturally from the olives’ youth, making this oil ideal for finishing, not cooking.
