For international returns, we unfortunately do not cover the cost. However, we work with an array of carriers and can offer self-posting returns for customers shopping from outside the UK.

Capsules can be opened and added to drinks or smoothies or mixed into food. Milk thistle is best taken with food. Avoid taking with hot foods or drinks, which may damage the delicate nutrients.
