The Momcozy S12 Pro Wearable Breast Pump is designed for mums who want an effortless, hands-free pumping experience. With a double-sealed flange design, it fits snugly against the breast, reducing leaks and improving efficiency. The soft, food-grade silicone mimics a baby’s natural latch for a comfortable, barely-there feel.
This wire-free, bra-fit pump allows complete freedom to move, making it easy to pump while multitasking. Whether at home, work, or on the go, mums can express milk without interruptions. Three pumping modes and nine suction levels replicate a baby’s suckling rhythm, helping to boost milk supply. A large LED screen makes it easy to check settings, even at night. UK standard delivery
Enjoy free standard delivery on orders above £50, this option usually requires 2-3 working days. If your order is under £50, this delivery option is available for £3.99.
Next working day
For when you need our products urgently, we offer next working day shipping for £5.99. For orders placed before 12.00, we will ship it the same day to ensure you receive your order the next working day.
International
International deliveries can take 7 working days, and up to 4 weeks. The cost is £22.99 for orders below £50, £49.95 for orders above.
Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we provide free 365-day UK returns for all our customers. To initiate your return, simply contact us at team@healf.com, and we'll send you a return slip and help arrange a collection. The item you return must be sent in the same condition as received and inside the original packaging. Once received, we will notify you via email.
For international returns, we unfortunately do not cover the cost. However, we work with an array of carriers and can offer self-posting returns for customers shopping from outside the UK.
1. Ensure that the breast pump and accessories are installed correctly and that the flange fits the breast when pumping.
2. Select the correct size flange. *Use the ''nipple measure tool''(included in the box), and select the flange according to the measurement size. (Be sure to measure the diameter of the nipple alone—do not include the areola.)
3. The silicone accessories can be replaced every 3 months or so according to the installation and suction status of the breast pump.
4. Suggest bra style: full coverage bra/stretch fabric/with nursing buckle/wireless bra.
When to Replace:
All Momcozy pump parts that come in contact with breast milk are BPA free, giving you peace of mind about your baby's milk.
Some breast pump accessories do need replacing regularly to maintain performance. If you notice that your pump seems to have lost suction, the first thing you should do is take a look at your parts, particularly the valves, and inspect for wear, fraying, or stretching and replace if needed.
1. Diaphragm, duck valves and inserts are recommended to replace your parts every 2-3 months.
2. Flange shields and milk collector need to be replaced every 6 months.
