The MZ-Switch Heart Rate Monitor is the world’s first interchangeable exercise tracker for the gym, outdoors, and in water. It allows effortless switching between chest, arm, and wrist, with 99.4% accuracy using the ECG sensor on the chest and 95% accuracy using the PPG sensors on the wrist and arm. A built-in light indicator flashes to show your heart rate zone instantly when worn on the wrist, keeping you motivated without needing a phone.
Its built-in memory stores up to 36 hours of exercise data, letting you work out phone-free while logging every session online. It tracks physical activity in the gym, outdoors, and underwater to a depth of 10 metres. With a battery life of three to six months on a single charge, it offers reliable performance supported by a USB charging cable.
The MZ-Switch Heart Rate Monitor connects with your favourite cardio machines and syncs via Bluetooth and ANT+ to display live workout stats on your smartwatch, gym screen, or in the app. It supports MZ-Remote and MZ-Remote+ sessions, letting you see your heart rate remotely. It also sets monthly physical activity goals based on World Health Organization recommendations to help drive positive long-term lifestyle changes.

How to clean Myzone belt?
Strap: Machine wash the strap in cold water on the gentle cycle. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Lay flat to dry – do not use the dryer.
Module: Wipe clean with a damp cloth, particularly around the snaps/fastenings. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners.
