Organic raw propolis extract [distilled water*, organic raw propolis extract (30%)], organic rosehip fruit extract with 70% naturally occurring Vitamin C, organic raw honey.

If you’re new to raw propolis, start with a small amount and gradually increase as needed. Enjoy on its own or diluted in a little water.

Suggested daily serving: 1ml (each spray is 0.20ml). Take 1 spray at 5 intervals throughout the day, or 5 sprays at once—whenever suits you.
