Ceremonial grade matcha blend from Oishi Tea.

1. Measure approximately 1/2 teaspoon of Rocky's Oishi Ceremonial Blend matcha powder.
2. Add the powder to a bowl with around 2 ounces of hot water (approximately 170°F).
3. Whisk briskly using a traditional matcha whisk (chasen) in a "W" motion until smooth and frothy.
4. For a cooler drink, add a splash of cold water if desired.
5. Incorporate into a latte by adding preferred milk and sweetener for a customised flavour.
