Ceremonial grade matcha.

1. Measure around 1/2 teaspoon of Rocky's Tsujiki Ceremonial Blend matcha powder.
2. Sift the matcha into a teacup.
3. Pour hot water (approximately 175°F) over the sifted matcha.
4. Whisk briskly with a matcha whisk until smooth and frothy.
5. Add a splash of milk or a touch of sweetener if desired.
6. Enjoy as a traditional matcha tea, or use it to make a matcha latte.
