Works really well, especially for nails
My nails grow much faster and much stronger when using this. I had assumed it was other lifestyle changes creating the boost, so I stopped this, but a few weeks after stopping, I'm seeing my nails revert back to normal, so starting on it again and staying on it. I can't tell if I see a different in hair or skin though, its not noticeable to me.
