It’s designed with performance in mind, combining oats and rice into a chewable bar that stands out from the rest. Solid is not a replacement for Hydrogel but a valuable complement. Featuring a glucose-fructose blend, Solid matches the absorption rates of carbohydrate drinks during low to medium intensity efforts.
