A: That’s like asking me which fingers I could do without! They are equally important in their effect on my life with increased significance at any time on any of them, determined by where I am. In herbs we say “the sum of the whole is worth more than the individual parts".
2) What’s your favourite wellbeing ritual?
A: Breath work and chanting, always pulls me back towards myself if I’ve slipped away.
3) Talk us through your day before 9am?
A: Wake around 5.30am, generally bright as a button, do my pranayama and gratitude exercise then up for lemon juice in warm water and out with my dog to the woods by the canal. Have a chat to the moon if she’s out and watch the sun rise. Home for quick shower and cheeky ristretto coffee, prep breaky and take to work.
4) In what place do you feel healthiest?
A: Any place where I can smell salt water, have my feet in the sand, a paddle board by my side and dog in hand.
5) How did your health journey begin?
A: I had an anaphylactic reaction to penicillin when I was 6yrs old and my Mum instigated my health journey, she said she was never going through that again!
