Curious about its role in her daily routine, Andrew explored coffee’s characteristics and uncovered something remarkable: when cultivated and brewed with care, coffee can be one of the most carefully enjoyed foods in the Western diet.
Driven by this insight, they created Purity Coffee® with a mission to share coffee in a way that reflects this research-led approach. They do this by using the latest scientific research to refine how they source, test, roast and deliver their coffees.

Purity starts at the source. High altitude, organically grown Arabica beans from Central and South America, hand picked at peak ripeness and grown on regenerative farms.
From there, nothing is left to chance. Every decision, from farming to roasting to packaging, is made with one goal in mind: cleaner coffee that’s easier on the body. No fillers. No shortcuts. Just coffee, done properly.
Every single lot of green coffee is tested for mould, mycotoxins and contaminants before it even leaves its country of origin. If it fails, it’s rejected on the spot. Approved lots are tested again throughout the supply chain, including after roasting.
Purity Coffee is naturally gluten-free and nut-free, never comes into contact with other common allergens and is lab tested to confirm it. Roasting acts as a kill step, moisture is eliminated and storage conditions make mould growth impossible.
Purity tests caffeine levels so you know what you’re drinking, not guessing. This ranges from low caffeine blends with around 3mg per cup to high energy roasts that have around 88mg to 99mg per cup. Actual caffeine can vary slightly depending on grind size, brew time, and water temperature.
Purity Coffee is sealed for freshness the moment it’s roasted. Each bag is nitrogen-flushed to push out oxygen, locking in flavour and protecting the natural compounds that make the coffee special. Unopened, it stays fresh-tasting for around a year. Once opened, store it in a cool, dry place away from heat and light, and keep the bag sealed between uses.
