The Pulse pre-workout blend has 54 peer-reviewed scientific studies that support its combination of ingredients and doses.
The blend contains 350 mg of caffeine per serving which its primary effect to the body is to stimulate the central nervous system and block the activity of adenosine, the chemical that causes tiredness.
