Else Nutrition began in 2012 when three infant nutrition experts - Uriel, Hamutal and Michael - set out to create a cleaner, plant-based alternative to baby formula. Prompted by Uriel’s granddaughter’s severe intolerance to dairy and soy, they developed a recipe using almonds and buckwheat for their natural nutrition and easy digestion. The first batches were tested within their own families, proving just how powerful real, minimally processed ingredients can be.
