From the products you enjoy to the information you interact with, we're here to support your journey. At Healf, your wellbeing is our highest priority.
These Terms & Conditions apply to your purchase of goods or services from The Healthy Living Store Limited, trading as Healf.
We may amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time. These terms were last updated on May 10, 2025.
Placing an Order
You may place an order for goods or services via our website. You must be over the age of 18 and you must be purchasing products for your own personal use.
Prices
The cost of our goods or services, including subscription products, are as described via our website and these may change from time to time. In the event that you have purchased a recurring or subscription product and we change the price, we will notify you and provide you with at least 48 hours notice to cancel your recurring or subscription order.
Order Acceptance
We only accept orders when we've checked them.
We contact you to confirm we've received your order and then we accept it when we dispatch or supply the product to you.
Sometimes we reject orders
Sometimes we reject orders, for example, because a product is unexpectedly out of stock, because we can't verify your age (where the product is age-restricted) or because the product was mispriced by us. When this happens, we let you know as soon as possible and refund any sums you have paid.
We charge you when you order
However, for some products we take payment at regular intervals, as explained to you during the order process and each order for subscription goods will form a separate contract between us. If your product is goods (rather than services), you will own it once we have dispatched or supplied the product to you. In relation to our Healf Zone subscription product, a contract is formed at the point of purchase for the Healf Zone subscription service and we charge at the point of dispatch. The length of the subscription term for Healf Zone is as stated on our website.
We charge interest on late payments
If we're unable to collect any payment you owe us we charge interest on the overdue amount at the rate of 1% a year above the Bank of England base rate from time to time. This interest accrues on a daily basis from the due date until the date of actual payment of the overdue amount, whether before or after judgment. You pay us the interest together with any overdue amount.
Products can vary slightly from their pictures
A product's true colour may not exactly match that shown on your device or in our marketing or its packaging may be slightly different.
Our Products and Services are not a substitute for Medical Advice or Medical Care
Healf's products and services, including but not limited to its Healf Zone blood testing service, are not a substitute for speaking to your GP. If you have any medical conditions, please ensure that you seek the guidance of your GP or other healthcare professional before purchasing any supplements or dietary products or using our Healf Zone service.
Healf Zone Retests
In the event that you require a retest, and this is not caused by your failure to comply with all test kit instructions, Healf may at its sole discretion award one free retest.
You have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days
For most of our products bought online, you have a legal right to change your mind about your purchase and receive a refund of what you paid for it.
You may do this within 14 days by emailing us at team@healf.com. Please note, you are responsible for the cost of return and your product must be received back by us unused, unopened and with the original packaging and seal intact.
In the case of services, such as our Healf Zone service, we will deduct the cost of any part of the services already performed during this 14 day period. For example, if you have received your test kit then we will deduct the cost of your test kit before issuing a refund.
We reduce your refund if you have used or damaged a product. If you handle the product in a way which would not be acceptable in-store, we reduce your refund, to compensate us for its reduced value. For example, we reduce your refund if the product's condition is not "as new", price tags have been removed, the packaging is damaged or accessories are missing. In some cases, because of the way you have treated the product, no refund may be due. For example, if the seal of the product has been broken we will not be able to resell it and therefore no refund will be due.
We can suspend supply
We can suspend the supply of a product. We do this to:
- deal with technical problems or make minor technical changes;
- update the product to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements; or
- make changes to the product.
We will let you know, may adjust the price and may allow you to terminate.
We can withdraw products or services
We can stop providing a product, such as an ongoing service or a subscription for services or goods. We will let you know in advance and we will refund any sums you've paid in advance for products or services which won't be provided.
We can end our contract with you
We can end our contract with you for a product and claim any compensation due to us (including enforcement costs) if:
- you don't make any payment to us when it's due and you still don't make payment within 3 days of our reminding you that payment is due;
- you don't, within a reasonable time of us asking for it, provide us with information, cooperation or access that we need to provide the product or service, for example, delivery information or any information required for our performance of services such as Healf Zone;
- you don't, within a reasonable time, allow us to deliver the product to you or perform any services due.
You can end your subscription with us
You may end your subscription with us for any goods or for the Healf Zone service by emailing us at zone@healf.com or via your online account at least 24 hours before your renewal date. For the Healf Zone subscription, the minimum subscription term will be as stated on our website and you will be charged for the full length of the remaining term. Please note, our minimum term length is not impacted by whether a customer elects to pay up-front or monthly.
Gift Cards expire
You must use the full value of your Gift Card within 12 months and any unused balance will automatically expire at 12 months from the date of issue and will not be refundable or credited back.
OUR LIABILITY TO YOU
As a consumer, you have certain rights derived from laws such as the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions in any way affects your legal rights. In particular, we do not exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, or for any other matter for which it would be illegal for us to limit or exclude our liability.
If you are unhappy with our products or services, please contact us on team@healf.com and we will aim to resolve the issue.
We don't compensate you for all losses caused by us or our products
We're responsible for losses that you suffer caused by us breaking this contract unless the loss is:
- Unexpected. It was not obvious that it would happen and nothing you said to us before we accepted your order meant we should have expected it.
- Caused by a delaying event outside our control.
- Avoidable. Something you could have avoided by taking reasonable action. For example, but not limited to, by installing the latest software updates to your device, by following our instructions or guidance in relation to the Healf Zone service, by following any product instructions or guidance or by consulting your own GP first (as stated above, Healf is not a substitute for medical advice).
- A business loss. It relates to your use of a product for the purposes of your trade, business, craft or profession.
In such cases, we are not liable for any loss or damage whether direct or indirect.
Subject to the above, our total liability to you is limited to the purchase price of goods or services.
We use your personal data as set out in our Privacy Notice
How we use any personal data you give us is set out in our Privacy Notice.
We can transfer our contract with you, so that a different organisation is responsible for supplying your product
We'll tell you in writing if this happens and we'll ensure that the transfer won't affect your legal rights under the contract.
You can only transfer your contract with us to someone else if we agree to this
For services like our Healf Zone services we may be unable to facilitate this due to the personal nature of the services.
Nobody else has any rights under this contract
This contract is between you and us. Nobody else can enforce it and neither of us will need to ask anybody else to sign-off on ending or changing it.
If a court invalidates some of this contract, the rest of it will still apply
If a court or other authority decides that some of these terms are unlawful, the rest will continue to apply.
Even if we delay in enforcing this contract, we can still enforce it later
We might not immediately chase you for not doing something (like paying) or for doing something you're not allowed to, but that doesn't mean we can't do it later.
