Before Healf, it was personal
Healf was founded by Manchester-born brothers Max and Lestat, whose own health challenges led them to question how anyone was supposed to know what to trust. What they found was a world of conflicting advice, endless choice, and too much judgement around the ‘right’ way to be well. So, in 2021, they launched the company they wished had existed for them, one people could trust to curate the best of wellbeing, open up new ways to live well, and help find what works for them. That’s still why Healf exists today — to bring trust to a complicated world of wellbeing, without ever pretending there’s only one way to be well. “We started Healf by questioning whether the answers we were being given were good enough.
