If you’d like to return any items in your order, please contact our Customer Wellbeing team on team@healf.com and they’ll be happy to assist you. 


Please note, your item(s) must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a return. If you have any questions about the requirements below, please contact our Customer Wellbeing team on team@healf.com

 

1. Your item must be returned in the exact condition in which you received it, and it must be returned with its original packaging.

2. If your item arrived damaged, please contact our Customer Wellbeing team as soon as possible on team@healf.com with the details of the issue.

3. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and whether your return is eligible for a refund.

4. If your return is approved, we will promptly process your refund back to your original method of payment. Please note, this can take up to 14 working days to reflect in your bank account. If, after 14 working days, you still have not received your refund, please contact our Customer Wellbeing team on team@healf.com for further assistance.

     

    International Returns:


    For international orders, unfortunately we are unable to cover the cost of your return. However, to help minimise the cost of your return, we offer a self-post option, as well as a selection of couriers to choose from. 


    All international returns will be processed and examined according to the requirements listed above; however, the overall process may take a little longer. Please bear with us as we do our best to process your return as quickly as possible.
