I am a big believer in fuelling your body and so am not into intermittent fasting, I always have breakfast to keep myself fuelled.
I work out six times a week, consisting of two strength sessions a week and four Pilates sessions.
Whether it's a quick meditation or a sound bath on my app, I always like to squeeze in some mindfulness in the mornings, it really helps to ground me before the day gets crazy.
Leaning into a more fluid routine has also helped me sleep much better. I also often take a sleep sound bath to help relax.
