Protein first. It keeps my energy stable, supports my mood, reduces cravings, and helps me feel grounded rather than reactive. When I prioritise protein, everything else tends to fall into place without overthinking food.
Walking is my non negotiable. It clears my head, regulates my nervous system, and makes me feel so energised. I particularly love walks in the freezing cold. I wear lots of layers but my face gets nice and cold which is great for de-puffing!
