Avmacol® Extra Strength is a broccoli-based supplement designed to provide the ingredients needed for sulforaphane production. Sulforaphane is a naturally occurring compound formed when glucoraphanin, found in broccoli and broccoli sprouts, interacts with the enzyme myrosinase.

The formula combines broccoli seed and sprout extract, which provides glucoraphanin, with active myrosinase enzyme from Myrosimax®. These two ingredients work together to produce sulforaphane in the body. Avmacol® Extra Strength also includes maitake mushroom extract and beta-glucans, creating more detoxifying enzymes than sulforaphane alone.

Using the Sulforaphane Production System®, this vegetarian and gluten-free formula offers a convenient way to include sulforaphane-producing ingredients in your daily routine.
