Areas to apply a patch include: inner and outer wrists, upper arm, shoulder blades, collarbone, upper and lower back, hips, thighs, and ankles. Apply the patch daily to an area with little or no hair, i.e., wrist, shoulder, back, or hips, and avoid any area that is particularly sensitive.
