Rumblex Plus 4D Vibration Plate combines oscillation, lateral and pulsation movement through a powerful triple-motor system to deliver a comprehensive whole-body training experience. With seven training modes and 60 speed settings, it supports a range of fitness goals, from mobility and balance to strength and recovery.

The 640W motor system delivers frequencies from 4–40 Hz with an amplitude range of 0–12 mm, helping activate muscles through varied vibration patterns. A softer, joint-friendly surface and lower-profile design enhance comfort during every session, making it suitable for regular use.

Built to support users up to 500 lbs, the platform features an anti-slip surface, Bluetooth speakers and a watch-style wearable remote for added convenience. Three preset programmes and a manual mode allow personalised training, while the whisper-quiet operation helps integrate sessions seamlessly into daily routines.
