Active Ingredient: Pure Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide (NAD+) dissolved in small amount of sterile water which acts as the carrier.
To self-administer your NAD+ pen injection at home, follow these simplified steps:
Clean Hands – Wash or sanitise your hands thoroughly.
Prepare Materials – Open your NAD+ Pen Kit and ensure you have the pen, NAD+ cartridge, micro-needle, alcohol wipes, and sharps bin ready.
Temperature Adjustment – If the NAD+ cartridge has been refrigerated, allow it to reach room temperature for a few minutes to reduce discomfort.
Assemble the Pen – Remove the pen lid, unscrew the cartridge holder, insert the NAD+ cartridge (silver tip first), and securely reattach the holder.
Attach Needle – Take a micro-needle from the pack, remove the packaging, and firmly screw it onto the end of the pen. Keep the needle cover on until ready to use.
Prime the Pen (First-Time Cartridge Use Only) – Twist the base of the pen to 15 units, press the dose meter until the plunger reaches the grey bung, and after removing the needle cap expel any air bubbles by holding the pen upright and press 5 units at a time until the bubbles disappear.
Set Dosage – Twist the base of the pen until the pointer aligns with your dosage, usually 30 units (0.3ml).
Select Injection Site – Choose a fatty area such as the stomach, buttocks, or thigh (remember to rotate sites with each day of injection).
Sanitise Site – Clean the injection area with an alcohol wipe and allow it to dry.
Inject – Pinch the skin, insert the needle at a 90-degree angle, and press the button at the base of the pen to administer the NAD+. Keep the pen steady to prevent bruising.
Hold & Remove – Once the dose meter returns to zero (0), hold for 10 seconds, then carefully remove the needle.
Dispose – Place the used needle in the sharps bin for safe disposal.
Storage – Replace the pen cap, store NAD+ cartridges in the fridge in the case provided, and keep the kit out of reach of children and pets.
Dosage Schedule – Start with three consecutive daily injections, then adjust to every other day as needed.
Start with three consecutive days of injections, then adjust to every other day as needed.
Note: Upon arrival, the liquid may appear clear or slightly yellow-tinted—this is normal.
