International
International deliveries can take 7 working days, and up to 4 weeks. The cost is £22.99 for orders below £50, £49.95 for orders above.
Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we provide free 365-day UK returns for all our customers. To initiate your return, simply contact us at team@healf.com, and we'll send you a return slip and help arrange a collection. The item you return must be sent in the same condition as received and inside the original packaging. Once received, we will notify you via email.
For international returns, we unfortunately do not cover the cost. However, we work with an array of carriers and can offer self-posting returns for customers shopping from outside the UK.
During the whole period of antibiotic therapy, stir 1 sachet of OMNi-BiOTiC® 10 AAD (= 5 g) twice daily into a glass of water (approx. 125 mL) at room temperature, wait at least 1 minute for it to activate, stir again and then drink. After the antibiotic therapy, continue taking 1 sachet once daily preferably for another 14 days. Ideally, OMNi-BiOTiC® 10 AAD should not be taken together with an antibiotic, but at least 1 hour before or after. Children up to 3 years of age take half the dosage. OMNi-BiOTiC® 10 AAD should preferably be taken on an empty stomach. For twice daily applications, taking before breakfast and before the evening meal is recommended. If you suffer from fructose intolerance, you should prolong the activation time to at least 30 minutes. During this time the bacteria metabolise the entire fructooligosaccharides. Therefore no fructose gets into the intestine.
