Organic whey protein concentrate from organic milk (92.2%), unrefined organic coconut sugar (6.8%), ground organic Bourbon vanilla pods (1%).

Mix one serving (25g) with 75-100ml water or milk in a blender for a few seconds, or shake vigorously in a hand shaker for 30 seconds. Use as needed or 1-2 times daily.
