Using patented dual-sensor biofeedback technology, it detects incorrect contractions in real time, helping users train more effectively. Studies show that 85 percent of women experienced a reduction in urinary leaks after three to four months of regular use.
The companion app acts as a pelvic floor coach, offering over 20 interactive games that make training engaging and easy to stick to. Made from soft medical-grade silicone, Perifit Care is free from BPA, phthalates, and endocrine disruptors, ensuring safe and comfortable use.
Perifit offers a more engaging and measurable approach to pelvic floor training for women. Unlike traditional exercises that rely on guesswork, its perineometer devices use smartphone-connected biofeedback to help users visualise and guide their movements in real time. Designed for vaginal use, each device is made from medical-grade silicone, is fully waterproof, and tested for biocompatibility and safety. By combining clinical principles with intuitive technology, Perifit supports women in building consistency and confidence in their pelvic health routine.
Perifit was created to address women’s health areas that have often been overlooked, particularly pelvic floor health and postpartum recovery. The brand develops smart, science-backed solutions designed specifically for women, helping them better understand and engage with their bodies. By combining medical expertise with thoughtful design and accessible technology, Perifit encourages more open conversations around pelvic health.

Hazards & Precautions:
Use during pregnancy: For ethical reasons, Perifit has not been tested on pregnant women, and the effects of using a connected pelvic floor trainer during pregnancy are unknown. We recommend performing your Kegel exercises without a device throughout your pregnancy, and resuming use of Perifit 4 to 8 weeks after childbirth, with the approval of your healthcare professional.
Bluetooth: Perifit uses non-ionizing Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) waves transmitted from the device’s tail, which always remains outside the body. It produces emissions that are on average three times lower than standard Bluetooth and about 4,000 times lower than the waves emitted by smartphones.
Do not use it if you experience pain, irritation, or infection in the pelvic area. If you are recently postpartum or recovering from pelvic surgery, consult a healthcare professional before use.
Perifit exercisers can be used with an intrauterine device (IUD); there are no known contraindications. It can also be used during menstruation.
