Pvolve was founded in 2017 by Rachel Katzman in response to her personal challenges, including scoliosis pain, and a desire for a more mindful and sustainable approach to fitness. Feeling “broken” by high-intensity workouts, Rachel discovered functional fitness — a method that inspired her to develop Pvolve, focused on low-impact, effective movement. P.ball Care Instructions: Clear your area of sharp objects and avoid rough or abrasive surfaces that may puncture or harm your ball. Avoid excessive sunlight. Always check for nicks and scratches before use. Hand-wash the ball with a soft cloth and warm soapy water. Do not use harsh chemicals or cleaning tools that may scratch or damage the ball. Make sure to semi-deflate your ball for air travel.
P.band Care Instructions: Always check the P.band for nicks or tears. If damaged in any way, do not use. Always use the P.band as instructed by our trainers. Do not overstretch the P.band. Avoid exposing to sharp objects, rough surfaces, or excessive sunlight. Hand wash with a soft cloth and warm soapy water. Do not use harsh chemicals. Store in a cool, dry place.
P.3 Trainer Care Instructions: Avoid exposing the P.3 Trainer to rough, sharp or abrasive surfaces or to excessive sunlight. Hand-wash with a damp, soft cloth and warm soapy water. Store in a cool, dry place.
Slant Board: Store the Slant Board in a dry, cool-to-room temperature space. Wipe down as needed.
Heavy Ankle Band Care instructions: Store the ankle band in a dry, cool space. Keep dry. Hand-wash.
Gliders Care instructions: Use the smooth end for carpet and the padded end for hard surfaces. To protect floors, we recommend using Glider Floor Protectors.
