Step 1. Apply Queen of the Thrones® Organic Castor Oil (sold separately) to your body.
Step 2. With small, firm strokes, use your Bamboo Dry Brush to start brushing around your abdomen and chest, always brushing towards your heart.
Step 3. Next, begin brushing the bottom of your feet, working your way up your legs.
Step 4. Then start brushing your hands, working your way up the arms.
Step 5. Use an old cloth to wipe off excess oil before putting on clothing.
Step 6. Wipe down brush and gently rinse. Repeat daily.
