Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we provide free 365-day UK returns for all our customers. To initiate your return, simply contact us at team@healf.com, and we'll send you a return slip and help arrange a collection. The item you return must be sent in the same condition as received and inside the original packaging. Once received, we will notify you via email.
For international returns, we unfortunately do not cover the cost. However, we work with an array of carriers and can offer self-posting returns for customers shopping from outside the UK.
Setting up The Cloud Humidifier is ultrasonic, meaning it uses vibrations to create a cool mist. To use the Cloud Humidifier, remove the water bucket and fill it with water to the fill line, then place it back inside the base and put the lid on top. Then turn the humidifier on, and adjust the mist level as desired or select your ideal run time.
For best results, use distilled water. Ideal humidity levels for most rooms are between 40% and 60%; use our Humidity Sensor to easily measure the levels in your home.
Cleaning For best results, clean the Cloud Humidifier once a month and change your filter every 3 months.
Safety Because it does not use any heat, the Cloud Humidifier is safe to use around babies and kids.
