The Women’s Workout Vest: Black is tailored to fit the contours of the female body, enhancing every workout without extra time, reps, or sets. Powered by Dynamic Resistance™—a precise blend of compression, fractional weight, and neoprene insulation—the vest amplifies caloric burn, boosts heart rate, and supports active recovery while preserving full range of motion.
With weight varying by size (XS at 4.78 lbs and other sizes at approximately 5 lbs), the vest delivers a secure, balanced load equivalent to 3–5% of body weight. This fractional loading engages the full body, improves strength, and supports cardiovascular endurance without restricting performance.
Constructed from durable Neoprene/Nylon Airprene with antimicrobial properties, the vest combines compression fit with targeted heat retention to improve stamina and muscle recovery. The tailored cut avoids bulk and ensures the vest moves naturally with the body during even the most intense exercise.
Technical design elements include encapsulated foam blocks that hold ½" diameter 303 stainless steel discs, preventing weight movement. Weight packs use Biosmart 4.1 oz antimicrobial fabric, reinforced with Perma Core sewing thread and CushionRite® flotation antimicrobial foam for firm support. Tested by high-level athletes, this construction guarantees durability and consistent performance.
