Weighted blankets have been medically proven to aid naturally deeper sleep cycles. Its hand-knit design distributes weight evenly across the body to stimulate serotonin, reduce cortisol, and increase melatonin, helping you fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer.
The blanket is recommended to weigh around 10% of your body weight, this blanket weighs 15lbs and measures 40”x72”.
