Magnesium chloride hexahydrate flakes, citrus limon (lemon) peel oil, rosmarinus offi cinalis (rosemary) oil, limonene, citral.

Bath:
Add 250g Magnesium Muscle Flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath. Lie back and relax for 20 minutes.

Footbath:
Add 150g Magnesium Muscle Flakes (roughly 1 cup) to approx. 5 litres of water, enough to cover feet. Sit and relax for 20 minutes.

Dosage: 1kg of Magnesium Muscle Flakes contains 120g magnesium.
