Designed for comfort and convenience, the blanket features zipped arm openings so you can read or use your phone during your session, along with adjustable temperatures up to 158°F, a handheld remote control and a built-in timer. Unfold the BioRemedy Plus and lay it completely flat on a heat-resistant surface, then plug it in.

Press the Power button, select a session time (20-60 minutes, default 45) and temperature (86-158°F / 30-70°C, default 122°F/50°C), then climb inside as you would a sleeping bag and close the zipper.

The blanket reaches full temperature in 10-15 minutes and automatically switches off when the session ends.

Drink plenty of water before and after use, and allow the blanket to cool for at least 30 minutes before folding or storing.

Do not use for more than 60 minutes in any 24-hour period.
