Vitamin C (ascorbic acid), beta glucan 1-3,1-6 yeast, lysine monohydrate, capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), black elderberry extract (Sambucus nigra whole fruit), N-acetyl cysteine, zinc citrate, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), vitamin A (retinol acetate).

Take 2 capsules daily with food, or as directed by a practitioner. Suitable for children from 3 years old at ½ capsule (mixed into food) or from 6 years at 1 capsule.
