The Bone Healing Protocol is an 8-week plan designed by Dr Seb to help you prepare for and recover from dental and orthopaedic surgery procedures like tooth removal and general musculoskeletal procedures. Beam & Balance:
Beam & Balance is blended with MCT oil to help your body absorb vitamins D3 and K2, as they’re fat soluble. You don’t need to take it with food, but many people prefer to take supplements at mealtimes.

1 spray is suitable for ages 12–17.

3 sprays provide 4,000 IU of D3 and 100 µg of K2, which is the maximum daily dose. You can also take one spray for just over 1,300 IU of D3, depending on your needs.

Vitamin C + Bilberry:
1 tablet taken daily with food or as professionally directed.

Omega-3 Fish Oil:
For best results, take your capsules with meals—this helps your body absorb the omega-3s and makes it easy to remember your daily routine.

You can take both capsules together or spread them out through the day, whichever suits you best.

Magnesium (as Magnesium Citrate):
As a food supplement, take 2 capsules once daily, with a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Zinc (as Zinc Citrate):
As a food supplement, take 1 capsule daily, with a meal, or as directed by a health professional.

Perfect Aminos:
Mix one or two scoops in a glass of water.
