This time-honoured blend includes Fresh-Ground® Ashwagandha, Tulsi, and Boswellia, infused in nourishing oils to comfort tired muscles and support stiff, sore joints. Boswellia, also known as Indian Frankincense, is valued for its role in supporting movement and circulation. Ashwagandha offers adaptogenic qualities that help ease joint and muscle fatigue, while Tulsi and Liquorice work to support flexibility and protect against stiffness. A touch of Valerian brings soothing comfort, making the oil ideal for tired areas.

HOW TO USE:
