Hiker Coffee takes clean coffee seriously. They begin with USDA Organic arabica beans from Peru and Honduras and test every batch for heavy metals, pesticides, and mycotoxins to make sure it’s as clean as it tastes. Their small-batch roasts are crafted in-house without seed oils or synthetic flavour carriers—just organic MCT oil for smooth, natural flavour.
Beyond clean coffee, Hiker puts the planet first. With their Climate Neutral certification, they track and offset every emission from production to delivery through verified carbon credits. They’re also proud members of 1% for the Planet, joining other global businesses to help fund nonprofit organisations that protect and restore the environment.
Hiker Coffee was born in Eau Claire, Wisconsin—French for “clear water”—where founders Zach Pecha and Addy Serum set out to create coffee as pure as the river that inspired them.
