UK standard delivery
Enjoy free standard delivery on orders above £50, this option usually requires 2-3 working days. If your order is under £50, this delivery option is available for £3.99.
Next working day
For when you need our products urgently, we offer next working day shipping for £5.99. For orders placed before 12.00, we will ship it the same day to ensure you receive your order the next working day.
International
International deliveries can take 7 working days, and up to 4 weeks. The cost is £22.99 for orders below £50, £49.95 for orders above.
Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we provide free 365-day UK returns for all our customers. To initiate your return, simply contact us at team@healf.com, and we'll send you a return slip and help arrange a collection. The item you return must be sent in the same condition as received and inside the original packaging. Once received, we will notify you via email.
For international returns, we unfortunately do not cover the cost. However, we work with an array of carriers and can offer self-posting returns for customers shopping from outside the UK.
Always ensure the appliance is set to ‘OFF’ before inserting the plug into a mains outlet.
1. Plug the appliance into a 220-240V mains outlet and switch it on.
2. To activate the Shiatsu massage action, press the power button (q) once. To activate soothing heat, press the heat button below the power button.
3. When finished, press the power button (q) again to turn off the massage function and unplug the pillow.
For the neck and shoulders, it may work better to use the pillow upside down.
The Shiatsu Pillow is very versatile and designed for use on the neck, back, and shoulders. However, you may find it works well for other body areas as well.
NOTE:
DO NOT attempt to stand on this Foot Massager. Use only while seated.
The Heat function will only work when the massage is in use.
DO NOT use the massage or heat functions continuously for more than 15 minutes.
Cleaning
Unplug the appliance and allow it to cool before cleaning. Clean only with a soft, slightly damp sponge. Never allow water or any other liquids to come into contact with the appliance. Do not immerse in any liquid to clean. Never use abrasive cleaners, brushes, glass/furniture polish, paint thinner, etc., to clean.
Storage
Place the appliance in its box or store it in a safe, dry, cool place. To avoid breakage, DO NOT wrap the power cord around the appliance. DO NOT hang the unit by the cord.
