01/ Fill your tub or basin with water. For full-body soaks, use a standard bathtub. For targeted recovery, a smaller basin works great.

02/ Add 1 bath tablet for every 5 gallons of water (this is around 15-20 tablets for a standard tub). 


03/ Let the tablet(s) fully dissolve before submerging.

04/ Soak for 15-20 minutes for optimal benefits.

+ Do not ingest tablets.


+ Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature.

For best results, we recommend using warm water. Cold water will still generate hydrogen—the tablet may just take a bit longer to fully dissolve. We don’t recommend extremely hot water, as it can cause the hydrogen to dissipate more quickly, reducing its effectiveness.
