Standard Treatment Protocol:

Aim for 10-minute sessions, placing yourself 6-12 inches away from your device for the most favorable results. For areas with symptoms, 15-20 minutes might prove beneficial. However, longer durations may not offer added benefits, as cells can only assimilate a limited amount of light at a given time.

Choose the Red/NIR option.

Position the light 6"-12" away, targeting the intended areas.
