Rumblex Max 4D Vibration Plate - Black combines oscillating, lateral and pulsating movements through a powerful triple-motor system (300W + 30W + 300W) to deliver dynamic full-body activation. Designed to support strength, circulation and mobility goals, it offers a versatile training experience in a compact, home-friendly format.
With adjustable speeds from 1–99, 16 preset programs (P01–P16), and a vibration frequency range of 6–14 Hz, the platform allows you to tailor sessions to your comfort and intensity preference. The 0–10mm amplitude range enhances muscle engagement while maintaining a low-impact feel that is gentle on joints.
