Deep-sea FISH oil concentrate (from anchovy, sardine and mackerel), FISH gelatin, humectant: glycerol, strawberry flavouring, antioxidants: rosemary extract and tocopherol-rich extract (Miradoxan).

For children aged 3 years and above: 1 softgel per day, with a meal.
For adults: 2 softgels per day, with a meal.
