Unlike conventional nonstick pans, which often have coatings that quickly degrade and release harmful chemicals when exposed to heat, Our Place's ceramic pans features Thermakind™ ceramic nonstick coating—the brand’s most advanced and durable to date. This coating is designed to last 50% longer than traditional nonstick surfaces and is completely free from potentially toxic materials like PFAS, including PTFEs and PFOAs, as well as lead and cadmium, which pose serious health risks with prolonged exposure. At Healf, we prioritize safe and fast delivery for all our customers. Our carefully selected couriers are Royal Mail and DPD.

UK standard delivery

Enjoy free standard delivery on orders above £50, this option usually requires 2-3 working days. If your order is under £50, this delivery option is available for £3.99.

Next working day

For when you need our products urgently, we offer next working day shipping for £5.99. For orders placed before 12.00, we will ship it the same day to ensure you receive your order the next working day.

International

International deliveries can take 7 working days, and up to 4 weeks. The cost is £22.99 for orders below £50, £49.95 for orders above.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we provide free 365-day UK returns for all our customers. To initiate your return, simply contact us at team@healf.com, and we'll send you a return slip and help arrange a collection. The item you return must be sent in the same condition as received and inside the original packaging. Once received, we will notify you via email.

For international returns, we unfortunately do not cover the cost. However, we work with an array of carriers and can offer self-posting returns for customers shopping from outside the UK.

Care and Use:
1. Aluminum conducts and holds heat better than traditional stainless steel cookware, so we recommend low to medium heat when cooking.
2. The Always Pan and Perfect Pot are oven safe up to 450°F with or without the lid — no broilers please. Be careful and use oven mitts or Hot Grips when handling.
3. Always use high smoke point oils and avoid aerosol spray oils.
4. Do not use metal utensils.
5. Dishwashers not recommended — hand wash once the pan and pot are fully cooled.
6. Avoid using scours and abrasive cleaning agents.
7. Use low-medium heat to preserve the nonstick coating — never heat an empty pan or pot.
8. Stainless steel long handle and knob designed to stay cool on the stovetop.

Use caution! The helper handle gets hot. The long handle and lid knob also get hot with prolonged stovetop use and when in the oven. Make sure to use mitts (or our Hot Grips) when handling hot cookware.
